As a small UK manufacturing company we make every effort to ensure you receive the highest level of service and if you would like any advice - for example product selection, sizing, fitting or compatability with a certain make of saddle – please get in touch between 9am and 5pm. And don’t forget that as we design and make all NuuMed products at our factory in Somerset we offer a made to measure service which means that if you really can’t find anything to fit - we can make it to order.

Ordering

On line or by phone 01458 210324 between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery

Items will be despatched a soon as possible however depending on the time of year it could take anything between 15 -20 working days. For Standard Service delivery please allow up to 5 working days from date of despatch or we offer a next day delivery from date of despatch.Orders must be recived before 1pm Monday to Friday to receive a next working day delivery. This only applies to items that are in stock.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if there is a delay for any reason on one item. You will not be charged double delivery charge for this.

We currently only process orders to mainland UK addresses via the website. If you want to ship to an address outside the UK mainland, please call us and we can confirm the cost of shipping with you over the phone.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Postage

Postage is charged at cost. Standard postage within the UK (exc Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland) is £6.30 this can take up to 5 working days from date of despatch. Next day delivery , once again from date of despatch is charged at £8.40 (exceptions as above). For all other destinations, we will provide a quote.

Postage is not refundable on returns. A signature is usually required on delivery.

Payment

We accept online payment via credit and debit cards via Protx secure gateway. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. All transactions will be shown in £ sterling. Alternatively, payment can be made by phone using the cards above.

Pricing

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at time of publication and are quoted in £ sterling and, where appropriate, are inclusive of sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

If your order is being sent to a destination outside the EU then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches its destination will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days (at customers expense) if they are unused and undamaged and we will refund you or exchange the product. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and ensure the returned goods are fully insured against loss/damge. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. When you require an exchange, this will be sent postage free (UK only).

Sale Items

Items bought from the sale section of the shop are end of line. There is no restriction on how many you can buy, however there is a limited stock. Standard postage applies to these items and they are non returnable.

Liability

Griffin NuuMed reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and, if deemed necessary, we may modify these conditions at any time by posting them on the website.
